1. Overview At Velnig, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

2. Return Eligibility We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all accessories and tags intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

3. How to Initiate a Return To initiate a return, please contact us through our website's contact page with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • If you paid via UPI, net banking, or card, the refund will reflect as per your bank's processing timeline.

5. Exchanges We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. If you received a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

6. Cancellations Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — please initiate a return instead after delivery.

7. Non-Returnable Situations We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
